Courses (Digital Products)
Course enrollments are non-refundable once login credentials have been issued, as access to our online platform and course materials cannot be revoked after delivery.
If you have not yet logged in or received access, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
Course upgrades or transfers may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your options.
Makeup Kits & Physical Products
We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused, and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Used or opened items cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is securely packed, as we cannot accept damaged returns caused by poor packaging.
No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for new, unused items within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability before returning your product.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email our support team at info@makeuponlineschool.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Our team will provide detailed instructions for sending your product back.
International Orders
We gladly accept orders from around the world. Please note that international customers are also responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees.
